Course development: first meeting will be about making an assessment of what students know and what they need to know (includes language level test and needs analysis); syllabus design (after completing a needs analysis the teacher need to string all these concepts together); end of the course assessment of students (regular form of testing or assessment of learning); examination (the teacher have to prepare students for specific examination in BE); course evaluations: student evaluations - end-of-course questionnaire and the teacher's evaluation of the students - for employer (attendance, progress grades, achievement grades etc) and for students (form of certification or portfolio of experience)
