This unit allowed me to get a closer look into teaching different age groups, what their objectives usually are, and how to properly handle them. It started with the different types of beginner students, continued with young learners or children, business English students, and ends with multilingual and monolingual settings. The unit goes through proper teaching techniques for each type, possible issues, and what you may need for the lessons. For business students specifically, the lesson talks about creating a Needs Analysis for the class, which is very helpful and important. This unit also gave me a better idea of which age group that I want to teach in the future.
