This section covered more nuances of English, focusing on things like clauses, passive tense and phrasal verbs and how they affects communication, since those things are not covered as much in traditional English teaching but many English speakers unconsciously use them. In fact, even though the phrasal verbs did not sound unnatural to me, it took some getting used to. I really liked learning about modal auxiliary verbs because I was never given any set of rules before on what each one meant or could mean, which makes such a thing potentially easier to teach now that I have a physical chart and definitions to use as an explanation.
