This Unit gave an extensive overview of the Present Tense. The Present Tense is comprised of four kinds: Present Simple, Present Continuous, Present Perfect, and Present Perfect Continuous. I have learned to distinguish and identify these four present tenses. Although I still feel that sometimes the Present Perfect and Present Perfect Continuous are a challenge to distinguish, I am much more familiar now with the different present tenses. I feel more confident that I can correctly identify and help students when they make mistakes with these tenses, and I am now able to understand the usage of each tense.
