In this unit, managing classes was covered. This unit included how to use eye contact, gestures and the voice. Seeing how changing your tone of voice and using eye contact in different ways helped my realise some of the mistakes I have been making in class and now I can implement these in my own class. How students are grouped can also affect the class dynamic. Often I always group students by teams of 4 or in pairs, but now I have some new ways to cgroup stidents according to their levels and so on.
Knowing the correct way to discipline was also very useful for me. Understanding the reasons behind misbehaviour is an effective way of knowing the appropriate discipline in different cases.
Overall, this has been a very useful unit.
