Unit 5 is basically covers all the management skills. It gives a broad idea of how a teacher can manage, maintain and have a friendly class. Rather than the classroom arrangement, Unit 5 covers the whole aspects of classroom management. It gives various options for a teacher to arrange their own style of teaching. As all the ideas are explained through practice, it helps a teacher to get the discipline in the classroom. After this unit, all the teacher will make sure all students are equally involved in their lesson and give individual attention(if needed).
Unit 5 explains the perfect ST and TT times which is very important to get the attention of the class especially with preschoolers. It teaches different ways to reduce or increase the talking times, eye contact, gestures etc. throughout the lesson.
