As far as teaching resources and types of resources, this unit didn't teach me anything I didn't already know as a teacher. I use a whiteboard daily as well as an overhead screen. My school doesn't have a Smart Board, though I'm familiar with it and think it is a fabulous tool to get students more interactive with the lesson. Small individual whiteboards are also quite useful in the classroom for kids to participate along with the lesson. The best part of this unit was the list of on-line resource sites. You can never have to many 'go to' resource sights to find new and exciting material and ideas. That is fabulous!
