Unit 20 is about common issues as a teacher. It starts with the two types of classes which are new and existing group. It is noted that it is important to build rapport with the student during the first lesson. Games can be very useful here. Problems in class can be caused by the size of the class, levels of students, motivation issues, problems outside the classroom and so on. The most important thing is that the teacher knows what to do and what not to do. This unit presents very good ideas and tips how to become a good teacher and make students become good learners. This is I think extremely useful in the classroom and for my profession.
