This is how our TEFL graduates feel they have gained from their course, and how they plan to put into action what they learned:
Unit 16 explored the use of conditionals and how their various forms and in what situations they are used, as well as covering how speech is reported in English. The four different conditionals are use in different circumstances to discuss past, present, and future possibilities, including the zero conditional which refers to facts. We learn in this unit how to check the form and the purpose of a conditional sentence to determine which type of conditional it is depending on the tense and verbs used within. We also learn how to translate speech into reported speech by analyzing the form of the direct speech and applying the correct verb tense and time period to report clearly.
