This unit had a lot of usual information, how to use gestures and eye contact instead of talk time, how the teachers voice can encourage the students. Also when talking about seating arrangements it depends on the activity that is planned for that lesson, if it is a presentation activity or a study activity the arrangement can be in a horseshoe, but for a study lesson the row arrangement would probably better. It depends on many factors including the teacher, the students, the size of the class, the ages of the students, etc.. Always pay attention as to make sure you do not loose the interest of the class, sometimes it is necessary to walk around and other times it is not necessary but once in while you should get up and check their progress.
