This unit covers the differences between numerous techniques, as well as specifying the method suggested for beginner English teachers. This unit has taught me that even though the ESA technique is preferred, it can be a combination of different techniques that might be helpful. If you stick to ESA as a framework and add in other techniques as needed then you should be able to complete a successful lesson that is both entertaining and engaging to a student. This would then create a fun and entertaining environment where they are also responsible for part of their own learning and the learning of possible classmates.
