This unit reviewed different special groups that someone might teach english to. Teaching beginners was the first portion and it outlined different types of beginner learners. Visual aids are most helpful with this group.Teaching individual students is another challenging group that a teacher might face. However, one-on-one attention may be very beneficial to the student but they would miss out on classroom discussion. Teaching children forces the teacher to use a lot more repetition and a more playful attitude in comparison to teaching adults.
