Teaching individuals have advantages (usually more motivated, don't have problem of students at different levels), but harder to do entertaining classroom dialogues and activities. Multi-lingual classes (usually in an English speaking country) force students to use English more in the classroom. Mono-lingual classes (usually overseas) have disadvantage that students and possibly the teacher will be tempted to use their mother tongue. For company or business classes it's good to do a need survey to find out what specific points of the language they need for their success in their particular field.
