In this unit I have learned about equipment and teaching aids and how to effectively use them . A very helpful tip about capitalisation of text on WB which is more difficult to read, also how Overhead Projector can cut time needed to write on White Board and how good of a tool it is to use for a feedback after written exercises. The classroom should have dictionaries. Visual aids , such as objects , pictures and photos can stimulate discussion and elicit language. Worksheets and cards are good for presenting new vocabulary. Also dvds can give a good background to a topic. This unit had lots of useful links for teaching as well as learning ideas.
