Today i learnt about grammar, vocabulary and functions. I learnt how they can be used via the ESA method.Vocabulary i learnt some ways of selecting appropriate words, what students need to know about a vocabulary item, teaching techniques used for teaching vocabulary and a typical ESA lesson example. I learnt about grammatical structures next and what students should know about them. I learnt some valuable techniques for presenting and practicing language structure. Next a was shown a typical example of a grammatical structure lesson. Lastly i learn about teaching language functions and a typical functions lesson.
