I have learnt about the importance of teacher in a classroom. The teacher in the second video was more engaging, assisting and collaborative. He was smiling and had a pleasant manner saying \"thank you\", \"please\", \"very good\". He introduced himself and made introductions with students. He was explaining and writing on the board. He used games, activities to engage students and he introduced each task. He also elaborated any unclear things or confusions. He made the students work in pairs. He also introduced vocabulary items, explained them and demonstrated them. He used visual aid and his materials looked organised. He was encouraging students by complimenting them and motivating them. His pronunciation was coherent and did not have any awkward pauses.
