This unit focused on teaching special groups. When teaching children or Business adults you will use different strategies and techniques. You will also face different challenges. There is a lot variety that you can have teaching English as a foreign language. You could find yourself teaching one-on-one, or small groups, or even a larger class. When looking at the beginning learner, you have multiple levels that are considered beginner: a true beginner, false beginner, adult beginner, young beginner and a beginner who doesn't know the roman alphabet. Depending on who are teaching, you will need to cater your lessons accordingly, trying to make them at the right level, as well as engaging.
