Lesson planning is the important thing for every teacher. Each teacher has his own abilities, good sides and something that should be improved. That is why planning can help to manage the class. If you are well prepared you will succeed. The things that should be included in the lesson plan are learner objectives, personal aims, language point, teaching aids, anticipated problems (if only you have any solution, otherwise there's no use), procedure, lesson phases, timing, interaction, class level, number of students, date/time, teacher's and observer's names. For a sequence of lessons, the teacher should also remember about flexibility, lesson goals, revision part, variety and balance.
