This was a very interesting unit that made me aware on just how much goes undetected to the native English speaker when speaking English.
Learning where to stress words/syllables and using intonation can get a bit tricky to consciously explain because of how unaware we are as English speakers but it is so important to provide context of words relating back to the previous unit on how important it is for students to practice speaking English properly.
It was also very interesting learning about the different parts of the mouth and how they work to create all these sounds that make up the language.
