From this unit I have learnt what is the teacher?s role as BE teacher and what is expected from BE teacher. I have learnt that BE teachers will work only with adult learners who are going to be groped (not necessary according to a level of English knowledge but according to company organization) or they will have ?one-on-one? classes. I have learnt about advantages and disadvantages of teaching adults, groups and individuals, and I have got some ideas how to overcome these disadvantages. I have learnt how to incorporate four skills into a BE lesson. I have learnt about different teaching methods, and that the best teaching method for BE is ?Engage, Study, Activate? which combines all other methodologies.
