My teaching experience has given me the opportunity to work with the majority of the teaching equipment mentioned in Unit 17. While I enjoy working with the OHP, I feel it?s not a staple in the classroom anymore. I have never worked with the interactive whiteboards but agree that a proper training (just like for most electronic devices) would increase the potential for the materials created with it. I do agree that teachers should make sure the devices and materials work as well as having a back-up plan ready to handle the unexpected problems. The compilation of resources is very thorough and useful. Actually, I was already familiar with some of the sites.
