In this unit, we go over the importance of course books and lesson materials. There are two different types of materials that teachers use with their lessons authentic materials and created materials. Authentic materials are materials used from a poster, a magazine, songs, brochures and many more. This type of material are used to help students gain confidence when they understand them and when they are more interesting and motivating. What I learned from this unit is that although course books are needed it's also best to not always use them, because they can get boring and predictable for the students.
