This unit was discussing Past Tenses. Just like the Present Tense, there are four kinds of Past Tenses: Past Simple, Past Continuous, Past Perfect, and Past Perfect Continuous. As a teacher it is important to understand the usage of each kind as well as the structure, so that you can properly explain when and how to use each tense to the language learner. This unit also presented plenty of activities you can use to engage your students and to help them practice the tense you are studying at the time. It also went through the common errors that English learners may make while learning, which helps me to know what to be prepared for as well as how to help them along in their language acquisition.
