This unit discussed modal and phrasal verbs, as well as active and passive voice. Modal verbs were first introduced, along with a table for different examples of auxiliary verbs, and their uses and examples in the past/present/future. The difference between active and passive voice were then touched upon including teaching ideas, typical errors, and how to use them. The three clauses of independent, dependent, and relative were then introduced. Phrasal verbs were the final part of the unit, with the three different types of Intransitive, Transitive Separable, and Transitive Inseparable being discussed.
