Overall this unit featured the types of materials available for use in the classroom. The unit explained how classroom materials can be created or adapted, how to put them to use and also important factors to consider when designing your own materials for the classroom.
The unit also differentiate between authentic and non-authentic materials by providing examples as well.
I learnt about the different types of materials that can be use in the classroom. The best ways to source and select materials based on it being authentic versus non-authentic materials. Also other sources where I can obtain materials such as the using the internet and the websites that provide materials for the classroom.
