This unit gave an overview of resources generally available to English teachers, and how to effectively utilize them.
I usually use a computer and projector for my lessons, as well as digital materials available with the textbook. I'd like to supplement my lessons with the suggestions in this unit, including using more multimedia such as movie clips and even making video recordings if possible.
The tips for writing on the board were very helpful. Many of them, such as writing the material in advance and using different colors, are things I've figured out as I've gone along, but it was good to see them reinforced.
I really appreciated all of the links to further resources. I'm looking forward to checking them out.
