I have learnt the theories, methods and techniques for English language.The methods are nine in numbers which includes grammar translation method, audio lingualism method, task-based learning, communicate language teaching, community language learning, the silent way, suggestopaedia, lexial approach, presentation, practice and production. These methods are used in different level of English Foreign language for beginners, intermediate and advanced learner. I learnt that there is difference between correction and error. I am happy to learn the Engage-Study-Activate which is the most effective and the most logical of all the methodologies for new teachers to learn and apply in the classroom.
