Classroom Management is a skill each teacher must acquire and possess. It is vital to make the class be able to learn effectively. Flexibility on the part of the teacher is a must. Teacher should learn when to be firm and when to leave the students alone. In doing so, proper management inside the class is needed.This unit helps me in learning such skill.It provides ideas and discussions on how a teacher should act and make the atmosphere of the class a conducive environment for learning. Failing to do so, will create disasters in the class, and at the end, fails to create an effective EFL class.Thus, classroom management must be dealt accordingly and with great by each teachers.
