This unit discusses the topic of evaluation and testing. Evaluations and tests are important in every step of teaching students because it can be a guide to knowing the student's level in the begging of the course, also it can help the teacher clearly see the student's progress and the things that the student needs to improve on. The Lesson also discusses the different types of evaluations and tests which include the: placement tests, progress tests, Diagnostic tests and practice tests. I have personally benefited from knowing the names of the different external tests that the students aim for and their purposes because by knowing the purpose for each test the student's aim for can help me know the student's purpose for learning English and provide them with lessons that will be more useful to them.
