This was BY FAR the most difficult Unit to date for me. A perfect example of how I can correctly USE grammar but have no idea at time how to identify by name grammatical structures. I hope I can do this test again if failed.
One of the things I had hoped to gain from the videos was examples of how to be an engaging teacher. Grammar can be dry so I want to be the kind of teacher who can appear interested and make things vaguely interesting. Unfortunately, the teachers in the videos often are so dry, boring, monotone, and spend so much with their backs turned and writing on the board that I feel like I am not learning this. The second teacher in this video is by far the best. Was this a requirement of the course? No. But I think it was a missed teaching opportunity.
