The unit starts by explaining different types of teaching methodologies then goes deeper in explaining about a teaching method known as the ESA method. ESA mainly consists of Engage or warmer, Study or learning the language point and Activate which means putting the newly learned language point into some activities that help the students to put the new language into freer practice that is without too much control from the teacher. ESA method is considered very active as it helps the students to learn in such a way that all aspects of English such as listening, speaking, vocabulary and reading are exercised with different activities that make the class fun and not boring.
