In this unit I learned that there are different ways of evaluating students' levels and progress. As well as different kinds of exams what a teacher should prepare for his or her students. I learned that in order to give exams, a teacher must provide tutorials so that the student in order for them to review their lessons. I also learned that a teacher can evaluate students by giving them different types of tests depending on the students' level such as the use of placement tests, progress tests; in order for the teacher to see what students have retained, as well as diagnostic tests and practice test. And last but not the least, student evaluation is important so that the teacher can identify the strengths and weaknesses of each student, to measure the progress of each student and to determine the language level of each student.
