Writing and reading are the \"Productive\" skills associated with learning a new language. Reading provides the learner the opportunity to re-read the material as often as needed for comprehension. Writing is the least practiced skill, as it is more challenging to receive prompt feedback, there is less interaction, and it is more technically challenging, however, with clear and creative writing lesson plans, students can make great strides in grammar, punctuation, and penmanship.
