Being a teacher doesn't mean just to give some new material, but teacher also needs to be a good manager. The lesson will not be successful if the teacher will not be able to organize students. This unit was just about all the things that teacher must know and follow while conducting lessons, such as eye contact, gestures, teacher's voice etc. But teacher also need to use some techniques not only how to give a new material by means of gestures and voice, but also how to organize students for practicing in using this new material. It this a teacher can use different ways of students' grouping etc. This unit was helpful for me, as it gave all the advantages and disadvantages of all teacher's techniques and methods while conducting lessons. E.g. when it's better to do teacher's writing on board; how to reduce the time of teacher's talking. There were also presented a lot of advices how to solve some behavior problems. Thank you.
