With this unit, I was able to see how a teacher attitude can affect an entire lesson. In video one, we saw the how a class should not be conducted for various reasons. first the teacher had a negative attitude, repeated himself without giving an explanation, scared or intimidated the students with phrases such as, \" it very easy everyone can do it\" and did not engage the class. However, in the second video, the teacher was the opposite. He was smiling, and he began to talk to the student. This helped break the ice by and get the student to participate more. Then he proceeded to the engage phase by having all the student participate in naming animals as he wrote it on the whiteboard. He also broke down the class into groups and explained his activities with pictures or body language. In conclusion, the teacher seemed more motivated and clear on the second lesson which reflected on how his students participated positively in the class.
