This unit was so far the most interesting and difficult unit I have studied. Intonation and stress have always been a difficult subject, not only in English but in the other languages that I have studied and even in my native tongue too. The place of articulations was a very scientific subject which was really interesting and useful while I tried to make better pronunciation of phonemic symbols. Visuals and examples were very clear. Learning the phonemic alphabet and trying to decipher the text between bear Yogi and Booboo I guess? was fun and educational for me especially as a non-ntaive English speaker who likes to use dictionaries a lot. In general, It was a very different and interesting unit than the others we were shown. I don't know my test result yet, but I hope I understood right as much as I could.
