There is different teaching aids that can be used to make lessons more interesting, to help the students understand more clearly and to help the teacher bringing the lessons through to his/her students while keeping their attention. It is important to know the equipment which you want to use in a lesson before you start with the lesson, know the advantages and what goal you want to achieve, as well as the disadvantages of the specific aid you're about to use. It is also recommended to plan your lesson well in advance, whether you use a cassette or whether you're going to use a white/black board.
