In this unit, I learned all about equipment and teaching aids. The teaching equipment we talked about are the board, Interactive boards, Overhead projector, Visual aids like real objects, pictures and photos, worksheets, role-play cards, cassette recorder, CD player, DVDs and videos, video cameras, dictionaries, photocopiers, computers, course books and resource books. Computers are more and more used in classrooms. They shouldn't be used too ofter as they would lose their impact but if used correctly they are great as they have great online resources like online dictionary, Youtube, emails, Word, and many more.
The material used in the class will depend on the school we go as different schools have different resources available for teachers and students.
