This unit discussed different aspects and tactics of classroom behavior in regards to both instructors and students, managing behavior, giving instructions and how different spatially organized classes have an effect on the aforementioned things. It kind of covers generally, conduct between all parties and roles in a classroom. What is effective conduct, and what are potential factors that could arise naturally and, from ineffective conduct and actions.
I think that it was cool how in this section the underlying reiteration of establishing a good relationship with the students was constant, despite the content of the unit loosely being about discipline. I think it is right because the students are responsible for their own learning and I can understand how being friendly and helpful in motivating a person to learn would be much more effective than being yelled at. I also like the one thing about not making threats you cannot make good on.
