The unit gave a good foundation for creating lesson plans. As a new teacher for TEFL, it will be very important for me to use the lesson plan resource tool given in the unit. The tool will allow me to clearly think out and write down the objectives, resources, activities and goals for each lesson, yet factoring in potential problems and having the flexibility to caters to those situations. Creating the lesson plans in advance will allow me to think of the lesson flow and consistency of what is being taught, it also helps to have lessons prepared in advance in case there is a need for another teacher to teach my class.
