Wow! I love this unit particularly. This unit has opened me up to realize that i can also asses my own teaching methods and techniques through self-record of daily lessons. I can assess my student's improvement in English language. I can likewise balance every excess and limitation that I might even be unaware of having. This unit has taught me to be unbiased in my own way of teaching. I have learnt to pen-down lesson plans in my own way of understanding. I would actually prefer to keep my lesson notes and plans on my computer so long it is handy. This unit has also called my attention to the fact that being an on-record teacher doesnt mean one cannot be flexible. That only requires experience and a lot of attention paying.
