The Unit is about how a teachers attitude in the classroom has an impact in how a leaner behaves as well as how the learner is able to participate in the classroom. In the two videos provided I was able to see that simple things like smiling, calling students by their names and speaking clearly when teaching makes it easier for leaners to hear and understand what you are saying like in the second video.
I also learnt that when a teacher refers to study material or a lesson which he is about to teach as simple the learners feel discouraged to participate as they are afraid that they may get answers wrong like in the first video the learners were reluctant to talk with the teacher.
