This unit covers present tense adequately. I haven't had to teach certain aspects of present tense for a while, so it was nice to get a good textbook refresher regarding certain aspects of present tense.
This unit has reinforced the importance of being a good model for students. As a native speaker, I am aware that we (native spakers) often don't place importance on using correct grammar all the time. This unit is a good reminder to consciously use proper grammar in the present tense. It's confusing enough for general public to understand grammar, much more so for a student learning a new language.
