Classroom management is the skill of organizing and managing the class, therefore, the teacher must be flexible and change his role according to the activities. In terms of the teacher, there are many things he/she can use to help managing class, such as eye contact, gesture and the voice. The eyes can be used to hold attention and to encourage the student. Teachers are also the model of the language, so our voice must be slowly and clearly, and we need to use the language at the level you are teaching. Our gestures can help to reduce TTT, and to add visual interest. I also learned how to group the students, and what are the groupwork?s advantages and disadvantages.
