Throughout this unit, I have notice that classroom management is very important. With that said, teachers often look for solutions to any problems they face in the classroom. Teachers attending a class either a new group or an existing group should be motivated and enthusiastic as this high energy will set the pace for a successful lesson. To get a class in the mood of learning, teachers have a variety of warmer activity such as hangman games, tongue twisters or even memory games that can help to motivate the students. A student language level can be problematic for teachers as well. This problem is often solved by grouping the stronger students with the weaker ones or providing more work to the stronger ones as they may finish a task and sit idly. Additional, with a large class, teachers may face the problem of controlling the class. To create a more successful class, teachers often use worksheets, give clear instructions and use a lot pair or group work to maximize student participation.
