I realized that teaching is an art and even a science. To be successful, teachers should use special methods and techniques. By the known methods, ESA seems to be the most suitable for all levels. ESA combines the advantages of all other teaching methods.
ESA has three main phases ?Engage?, ?Study? and ?Activate?. Engage phase helps the teacher to motivate his students, create an \"english atmosphere\" and arouses interest for the lesson. During the study phase, students are exposed to the language, they learn new language concepts. The Activate phase gives opportunity to the students to use what they just absorbed.
I also understood that the teacher should have a humble and encouraging attitude towards learners.
