In this unit, it is important to realize that lesson planning is both beneficial and complicated as teachers need to always make their lessons flow with what their students are bringing to the lesson's theme. A rigid, scripted plan can often restrict easy communication in class. Sometimes an informal discussion about a topic can run for a longer time because of how enthusiastic learners are. The teacher will have to adapt to simple diversions or events and structure the lesson in line with what the students are commenting back. I also learnt that giving your learners and yourself goals is the only way to develop the new language and new teaching skills or experiences that can be utilized in a future lesson.
