We had a chance to observe and compare two videotaped lessons with the same agenda. The videos allowed us to see different teacher' s styles and make conclusions on how it affects the learning process. This made me reflect on my personal errors, and showed where I can improve. While watching the second lesson I kept in mind the Unit, that taught us about class management. The teacher perfected his non-verbal communication, the way he uses his voice, tone, gestures, and eyes. Students understood him perfectly. The teacher was really good at time management. He had a plan, prepared handouts and visuals, and ensured that everything he would need, was handy. I loved to see students' happy faces, and the progress they made just in one lesson.
