In the first lesson video, the instructor was impatient, demanding, disinterested, and intimidating to the students. He also used ideas and concepts that were beyond the students' English efficiency level, and had unrealistic expectations. This makes for an uncomfortable environment in learning and will intimidate student to participate with fear of error. In the second lesson video, the instructor came in with an organized lesson plan and from the start, displayed a more engaging and enthusiastic attitude. This encouraged a lot more participation from the students and an overall more effective lesson in entirety.
