Unit 20 discusses common problem areas while teaching English. Many common problems arise while teaching large classes, varying levels of English and reluctant students. There are ways to combat these problems. For example, while teaching a large class it is imperative that instructors are clear and concise. The unit helps display what issues may arise in a classroom and also gives ideas on how to best approach and amend these issues.
